GoalSignals (the "App") provides daily football predictions and related features such as purchase-based access. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Purchase information: if you buy access, we store purchase details (such as product ID, platform, transaction identifiers, verification status, and access expiration) to grant and manage access.

• Usage and diagnostics: on iOS/Android builds, the App may collect analytics and diagnostic information to understand performance and improve stability (for example, app events and crash reports).
• Device/app identifiers: our service providers may process device or app identifiers needed to provide authentication, security, and fraud prevention (including App Check).

How we use your information

• Provide core functionality (sign-in, showing content, and keeping your account available across devices).
• Process and verify purchases, grant access time, and keep an accurate access expiration date.
• Improve the App (performance, reliability, and user experience) and debug issues.
• Protect the App and our services (security measures such as App Check and abuse prevention).

How we share information

• Service providers: we use third-party services to operate the App (for example, Google Firebase for authentication, database, cloud functions, analytics/crash reporting, and App Check; Apple/Google for billing). These providers process information to deliver their services.
• Legal and safety: we may share information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the App.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

• We retain account and access data while your account is active. You can delete your account from within the App.
• If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize data where feasible, but we may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your choices

• You can sign out at any time and manage your Apple/Google sign-in settings through your device account settings.
• You can request deletion by using the "Delete Account" option in the App.

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
