By accessing or using GoalSignals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

GoalSignals provides daily football predictions, confidence indicators, and historical results. The App may restrict premium content until you purchase access.

No guarantees / not betting advice

Predictions are informational and may be wrong. We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, winnings, or results.

The App does not provide financial, betting, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Accounts

You may need to sign in to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account.

Purchases, access time, and refunds

The App offers one-time purchases that add time to your premium access. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renew.

Billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) under their store policies.

We may verify purchases server-side. If a purchase cannot be verified, access may not be granted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer or exploit the App.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own purposes, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
